John Wu is a student at the UC Davis School of Law, Class of 2009. Starting violin at the age of five, he was co-concertmaster of the orchestra at the Orange County High School of the Arts and played in the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Pacific Symphony Institute. After completing an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics at Yale, he has resumed his study of the violin with Michael Sand. He enjoys cooking and wine-tasting on his spare time and his favorite recorded performance is the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto in D with Leila Josefowicz.
