Morgan McMahon, violin

Morgan McMahon is a second-year studend at UC Davis and is interested in pursuing Environmental Horticulture. She is originally from Willits, California, and until just recently studied violin under Yoko Acheson of Petaluma. Morgan was concertmaster of the Redwood Youth Symphony from 2003 until 2007 and played a season with the Symphony of the Redwoods on the Mendocino coast. She enjoys playing chamber music with friends and family and attending Navarro River String Camp in the summer, where she was once a camper and now is an assistant coach for children and adults string instrument players.
