Rachel Howerton, horn

Rachel Howerton is a sophomore from West Hills, CA and has been playing the horn for about 7 years. She has a twin sister in the band named Jaclyn who plays the oboe. Rachel has played in numerous youth groups and community bands around her home and played second horn for Pierce Junior College band last year. In her spare time, Rachel likes to watch the Angel baseball games, play softball, and computer games. After college Rachel wants to become an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and, if possible, become a performing musician in LA as well.
