Lucy Cain, violin

Hailing from the East Bay, Lucy Cain is a freshman at UC Davis. She started playing the violin in fourth grade and joined the Villa Symphonia Chamber Orchestra, based in San Francisco, in sixth grade. During her last year with the Villa Symphonia, Cain performed the first movement of Samuel Barber’s Violin Concerto. She is looking forward to a great first season with the UC Davis Symphony Orchestra.
